You cannot livestream from Canva. Our products are visual aids in the form of graphics templates. They do not include the livestream capability.

You can stream your template graphics (e.g. LIVEstream Experience Kits, Service Essentials Kits) as many times as you would like. After purchase, you have the right to use the template for any presentation and/or digital livestream at any campus for your church.

You do not have permission to share any template access to anyone outside your church or organization. But any operation inside your church or organization has the right to use as many times as desired.

No. Our products are simply a visual aid that is both easy to access and edit. Additional systems are needed for you to live stream our products. That includes a Open Broadcast System and a presentation software like ProPresenter. You cannot live stream straight from Canva. Our products and services are only a visual aid giving you access to graphics, not a live stream source.

At checkout, you will immediately have a download option appear under the product name after purchase. Click download, and you will see the “Access Template” document appear. You will also receive an email link for access. This link is only open 24 hours, so as soon as you checkout for best experience. Follow the tips listed and access the template access sheet for bed practices.

Yes, you will need a Canva Pro Account to download with transparency and access the typefaces and assets included in our templates. Canva Pro accounts are free for non-profit organizations, like churches.

We recommend downloading PNG files with the transparency check marked for livestream files. You will need a Canva Pro account to download this file type. For social files, JPG works well.

Drop the downloaded files into your presentation software. If you have never used graphics in your live stream before, please note that you will need an OBS with Alpha or Chroma key integrated with your presentation software to display graphic overlays on top of your video during the livestream.

• Our templates are easy to edit within Canva. Just select the text and replace with your own. You can also paste pre-written text inside the template.

• Another option is to remove it and use all the media as backgrounds for your presentation software (e.g. ProPresenter) if you prefer native editing. Within Canva, select a slide and press command (control for windows) + D on your keyboard to duplicate the slide. Delete the text and download the backgrounds as PNGS into your presentation software.

• Make sure transparency is selected if you’re using lower third overlays. Drop these in your presentation software and place text on top of them. If your software allows for themes, that would greatly speed up the process.

Not every computer or presentation software has the fonts within our templates. We have typography and color guides to help you easily identify and access the fonts. Most of our templates use google fonts, which are free to download. Upload these into your presentation software for a consistent look throughout your title graphics and scriptures.
